In the ‘Jukdo Market Branding Project’, four teams competed. The team consisting of Yeonghyen Kang, Hayoung Lim, and Seunghui Park received the grand prizes with their slogan ‘Co-existence of Generations’ received the grand prize. They developed an effective campaign to feel connected to all generations. This gave them a high score from Hyeongju Han, the Consultant of the Jukdo Market Marketing Group and Dukhee Lee, the Team Manager of the Traditional Market Team.
The Director of Job Economics, Youngchurl Kim said, “I really appreciate the outstanding results reflected in the creativity and collaboration with students of Handong.” Younghyun Kang said, “It was meaningful helpful experience to figure out how to resolve the actual problems of on-site fields.”
The ‘Advertisement Promotion Campaign’ project-based curriculum aims to create and develop advertisements and promotional programs for target businesses for one semester. So far, combined branding projects have included these businesses and groups: Nivea Korea Deodorant, Kia Morning, SK Wyverns Baseball Club, Hyundai Construction ‘Hill State Apartments’, Sookmyung Women’s University, the Pohang Steelers Football Club, Borri Pizza, ‘Palms Bali’, LG Optimus Cellphone, Handium ‘Dutch Coffee Water’, Football Club Seoul, Pohang City Branding, Save the Children Korea, Gyeongsangbukdo Tourism Corporation, Red Cross Korea, Outback Steak House Korea.
