On November 29, Handong Global University signed an agreement for medical support cooperation with Joyful Hospital.
Twelve people including President Soon-Heung Chang, Director Yoon-sik Kang of Joyful Hospital, and Secretary General In-seon Kim of Korean World Missionary Fellowship participated.
Joyful Hospital promised to provide various medical services including check-ups. They also agreed to reduce of the cost of medical services for staff and their family members of Handong Global University.
According to Soon-Heung Chang, “It is expected that this agreement will not only provide surgical treatment through a wide-range of medical services but also promote health and boost the staff members of Handong Global University.”
Director Yoon-sik Kang of Joyful Hospital said, “The aim of this agreement is to enhance the health of staff members of Handong and to create complementary relationships. We are planning to provide constant medical support projects centered on the universities.”
