Pohang City Children’s Canteen Management Supporting Center was entrusted to Handong Global University. It held the ‘2016 Talk Talk Nutri-Family’s Nutrition Play Classroom’ giving information on proper diets. In this event, the eighty parents and children who were listed in the Center were learned about healthy diets.

The ‘Joyful Nutrition Nation Journey’, provided various programs: Learning ’Table Manners’, ‘Making Rice Balls with Tomatoes’ to prevent children from eating only what they want; ‘Washing with Bacteriocide, and ‘the Rice Clay Play Classroom’.

According to the Director of the Center, Hyungkee Doh, “This event will serve as a venue to communicate safety principles for the good of local people, proper diets through educational training and healthy families through the ‘Nutri-Family Play Classroom’.”

Pohang City Children’s Canteen Management Support Center is a professional organization operated by Pohang city and Handong Global University. The Center provides health information about food safety for infants and kids by managing nutrition, canteen sanitation and health promotion.
