On May 28, Handong Global University led a program called ‘Major Experience Activities’ for 356 high school students from the Yeongnam Area.
The ‘Contributing University to Normalize Higher Education’, celebrated its seventh anniversary this year. The program was not only organized with an introduction to the majors but also provided practical uses for the majors. Fifteen programs related to majors were provided such as making a music box utilizing Arduino, programming learned through coding bloc, recombination of bacterial genes, and a mock trial related to legal issue.
Visitors who showed great interest in the program included researchers from the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Educational Training to develop experience programs.
