On March 31, 2016, Handong Global University signed an agreement on nurturing software human talents through TOPCIT utilization with Technology Promotion.
The Test of Practical Competency in ICT was jointly developed by the Institute for Information & Communications Technology Promotion and the Korea Productivity Center. This measured the practical competency of new human resources who want to enter the ICT field. The test is utilized by fifty educational institutions.
This agreement allows both institutions to seek cooperative measures in educational courses for the improvement of TOPCIT related major departments, reviews the methods for granting graduation status certifications, promoting advancement of TOPCIT models and evaluation systems, and provides rewards to the talents who received high scores on the TOPCIT.
