Important Dates
[HGU] Application submission – must arrive by Oct. 21(Thurs.), 2021
[HGU] Document screening result announcement – notice will be sent by Nov. 5(Fri.), 2021
(email will be sent to only those who pass this step)
[HGU] Interview – will be notified personnally by email (via Skype/ZOOM)
[HGU] Final Result announcement – notice will be sent by Nov. 12(Fri.), 2021
(email will be sent to only those who pass the interview)

1. People who pass document screening will receive emails for interview setup.
2. People who pass interview will receive emails confirming that they are the finalists.
3. Otherwise, you will not hear from us.

** Humanity majors are NOT possible if you are coming through University Track. However, it is possible if you are coming through Embassy Track.
1. We do not receive any application via email. Please do not submit via email if you are not submitting hard copies.
2. Documents must be submitted via DHL/EMS/UPS.
3. Your Transcripts (School reports) and graduation certificates MUST be either Korean Embassy notarized or Apostille standard notarized.
4. Deadline for all applications for KGSP (undergraduate program) is October 21st, 2021. All hard copies must be submitted by the deadline.
