증명 발급 운영업체 변경 및 학부명 변경 전산작업으로 인해 증명 발급 사이트 변경과 발급 일시 중지가 예정되어 있으니, 일정을 참고하여 이용에 착오 없으시기 바랍니다.

1. 증명 발급 사이트 변경

- 신규 사이트 오픈: 2026. 2. 27.(금) 오전 10:00

※ 기존업체(certipia)를 통한 발급은 2027.2.27(금) 10:00까지 가능합니다. 다만, certpia를 통해 기발급된 증명서의 원본대조 화면은 발급일로부터 180일간 조회 가능합니다.

- 발급 경로: HISNet → QUICK LINK→ 증명서 발급

2. 증명서 발급 일시 중지

전산전자공학부 학부명 변경 전산작업으로 인해 아래 기간 동안 모든 증명서 발급이 일시 중지됩니다.

- 중지 기간: 2026.2.27(금) 15:00 ~ 2026.3.1(일) 00:00

- 모든 증명서 발급 경로(인터넷 발급, 무인발급기, 정부24 등 모두 중단)

- 무인 발급기는 2026.3.3(화) 오전 9시 이후 사용 가능합니다.

3. 발급 가능 시간 정리

* ~ 2026.2.27(금) 10:00까지: 기존 사이트(Certpia) 발급 가능, 이 시간 이후로 Certipia 발급 불가능

* 2026.2.27(금) 10:00 ~ 15:00: 웹민원센터(신규 사이트) 발급 가능

* 2026.2.27(금) 15:00 ~ 3.1(일) 00:00: 전체 발급 중지

* 2026.3.1(일) 00::00시 이후: 웹민원센터(신규 사이트) 발급가능)

Due to a change in the certificate issuance service provider and system updates related to the department name change, the certificate issuance website will be changed and certificate issuance services will be temporarily suspended. Please refer to the schedule below to avoid any inconvenience.

1. Certificate Issuance Website Change

• Opening of the new website: February 27, 2026 (Fri) at 10:00 AM

※ Certificates may continue to be issued through the existing provider (certpia) until February 27, 2027 (Fri) at 10:00 AM.
However, the original verification page for certificates previously issued through certpia will remain available for 180 days from the date of issuance.

2. Temporary Suspension of Certificate Issuance

Due to system updates related to the department name change, all certificate issuance services will be temporarily suspended during the following period:

• Suspension Period: February 27, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 – March 1, 2026 (Sun) 00:00
• Affected Services: All certificate issuance channels (online issuance, unmanned kiosks, Government24 fax service, etc.)

※ The unmanned certificate issuance kiosks will be available again from March 3, 2026 (Tue) at 9:00 AM.

3. Issuance Availability Summary

• Until February 27, 2026 (Fri) 10:00 → Issuance available via the existing website (certpia)
• February 27, 2026 (Fri) 10:00 – 15:00 → Issuance available via the new website (Webminwon Center)
• February 27, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 – March 1, 2026 (Sun) 00:00 → All issuance services suspended
• After March 1, 2026 (Sun) 00:00 → Issuance available via the new website (Webminwon Center)
