2.  개강 및 수업 관련 안내

   o 수업 : 3월 2일 정상 개강

     - 수업진행방법 : 개강 2주차까지 온라인으로만 수업 진행(이후 정상수업 진행예정)

       * 온라인 수업 관련 공지 : 추후 공지 예정

     - 확진자나 증상이 있는 학생은 진단서 또는 진료확인서 제출로 2주간 공인출석 인정 가능

3.  수강정정

    o 수강대기시스템 : 정원초과된 과목에 대해 수강신청시 온라인 대기신청시스템을 활용하여 수강 승인 처리

    o 수강추가신청서(paper) : 3. 6(금) ~ 3. 13(금)까지 메일 접수 예정

      (개강 2주간은 학생이 학교에 올 수 없는 상황으로 교수님께 메일로 수강 승인회신 받아 교무팀 접수 메일(paper@handong.edu)로 접수

       후 수강신청처리)

    o 수강철회(hisnet) : 3. 14(토) ~ 3. 16(월) 모든 수강정정 마감

    o 폐강심의 : 3. 4(수) 14시 기준으로 진행

Information Regarding the Start of the Semester & Courses in Relation to the New Infectious Coronavirus Strain

2.  Information Regarding the Start of the Semester & Courses

    a. Courses: Will start normally on March 2nd

        - Method of Course Progression: Online lectures until the 2nd week of the semester

          (Courses will proceed normally after the 2nd week of the semester)

        * Information regarding online lectures: To be announced

        - Students who have been confirmed with the virus or is symptomatic may received excused absences for the initial 2-week period

          of the semester upon submission of a doctor’s note and/or medical certificate.

3. Course Modification

   a. Course Wait-List System: Registration for courses that have already been filled to capacity must take place through the online wait-

      list system.

   b. Paper-based Course Registration: Register via email from 3.6 (Fri) ~ 3.13(Fri)

      (Given that students will not be on-campus during the first two weeks of the semester, students must receive course registration  

       confirmation from relevant professors via email and submit said conformational emails(paper@handong.edu) to Academic Affairs for

       course registration)

   c. HisNet: 3.14 (Sat) ~ 3.16 (Mon) End of all course modifications

   d. Course Cancellation: Courses to be cancelled shall be determined based on the results of 3.4 (Wed) 14:00
